How to Save an Unsubmitted Order
If you do not wish to complete an order you may save it using the "Save This Order" function found in the Shopping Cart. Unsubmitted orders will be available to resume for up to 90 days. Upon saving an order, a new shopping cart will begin.
You will find a link to Unsubmitted Saved Orders from the My Account and Shopping Cart areas of the website.
Tracking Your
Order
You can find parcel shipment tracking
information conveniently on the Patterson Medical website when viewing
your order detail in the My Order
section of the site. Note:
Shipping Confirmations will be emailed when an order has left a
distribution center. If you are unable to locate your order, please
contact
Customer Service.
Order Form
You may also place orders by fax or mail - a
printable
Order Form is available.
Order Status & History
You can view order status and history
conveniently in the My Order
section of the website. If you are unable to locate your order,

Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order via the internet,
an order confirmation will automatically email to the registered
address on file. You are also given the opportunity at checkout to
provide additional email addresses you’d like to receive
confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation on screen
or by email, please contact
Customer Service.
Missing Order Number
If you are a new customer, or an existing
customer without a
Linked online account, your first website order will be assigned
an Order Number only after the order has been received. This
information is usually available within 24 hours by viewing your
order detail in the My Order
section of the website.
Shipping Confirmations
When an order has left a distribution
center, a Shipping Confirmation will automatically be emailed to the
registered address on file. If multiple items, were ordered, you
may receive separate shipments to complete the order and additional
shipping confirmations will follow. If you’ve received an order but
not a shipping confirmation, please contact
Customer Service.
Missing or Wrong Items
If your order is missing items or has been
incorrectly filled, please contact
Customer Service. Short shipments should be reported within 5
days of receipt.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping Charges
Parcel charges will apply to all ground and air shipments based on
total weight and will be calculated at time of order. If separate
shipments are required to complete an order due to stock
availability, no additional charges will be applied for subsequent
shipments. All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B.
Seller's plant and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Other Charges
Hazardous Materials: Items with a hazardous
materials classification may require an additional surcharge, which
is automatically added to the shipping cost at time of order.
Please note that hazmat items are restricted from air shipments –
only available for ground delivery.

Oversize Charges: Certain items
are considered dimensionally oversized requiring a different parcel
rate, which is automatically reflected in the shipping cost at time
of order.

Truck/Freight Deliveries:
Charges for large items requiring drop shipment direct from the
factory via truck are based on weight and destination. If the
shipping location does not have a delivery dock, additional charges
for liftgate service will automatically be added to the shipping
cost at time of order.

Same Day Shipping
Web orders received by 12:00 p.m. CT for stocked merchandise, Monday
through Friday, will ship same day. Arrival date depends on method
of shipment selected at time of order.
Standard Ground
Standard ground arrives in 3-5 working days (excluding
weekends). Parcel charges are based on total weight and will be
calculated at time of order. Saturday deliveries not available
for web orders.
Rush Air Shipments
If you need an order right away, next day and
two day air shipments are available (excluding weekends). Web orders
received by 12:00 p.m. CT for stocked merchandise, Monday through
Friday, will ship same day. Arrival date depends on method of
shipment selected at time of order excluding weekend days. Parcel
charges are based on total weight and will be calculated at time of
order. Saturday deliveries not available for web orders.
Pricing
While every effort is made to ensure the
accuracy of the pricing on the website, Patterson Medical reserves the
right to change prices without notice. If you receive special or
contract pricing, you must

online account to your ordering account in order to view and
place orders with your pricing.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Please provide the name, number and expiration date as they appear
on the charge card.
Checks/Money Orders
Mail your check/money order made payable to Patterson Medical along
with your order. Include tax and shipping charges. Send all
remittance to: Patterson Medical, P.O. Box 93040, Chicago, IL
60673-3040. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Order On Account
If you’re an existing customer with credit terms, you may order
online using those terms by
Linking your
online account with your ordering account. For information on
opening an account with Patterson Medical, please call
Customer Service . All orders subject to credit approval
Sales Tax & Exemptions
Sales Tax:
sales tax is charged based on state and/or local tax percentage of
the location receiving merchandise.
Exemptions:
orders will calculate tax until we have received and validated a
copy of your exemption or resale certificate for each state
receiving merchandise.
- If you are unsure about your tax status on file with Patterson
Medical, please contact
Customer Service.
- If you are an existing customer with verified state tax
exemption status, your online account must be
Linked to place tax-exempt orders online.
- If you’ve already placed an order online but not yet provided a
certificate, sales tax will be credited and exempt status will apply
to all future orders upon receipt and verification of the applicable
certificate.
Tax or Resale Certificates can be mailed
or faxed.
