The dual axle positions allow variation of seat-to-floor heights. Triple chrome-plated, carbon steel frame is sturdy and long-lasting. Dual-sealed precision bearings. Frame has gusseted sides, caster journals and dual cross braces. Urethane rear tires, mounted on “no flex” wheels offer superior performance. Note: Foot riggings sold separately.
