INTRODUCTORY LEVEL COURSE OBJECTIVES:
- At the completion of the course you will be able to:
- Better evaluate foot and lower limb function.
- Identify biomechanical dysfunction in relation to the pathomechanics of overuse injuries
- Identify if foot orthoses would be advantageous to the patients treatment program
- Be more confident in selecting and fitting the correct orthoses
- Better understand orthoses intervention in your patient treatment paradigms
SAGITTAL PLANE FACILITATION COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Participants will gain a thorough knowledge of Sagittal plane biomechanical function, its importance in Gait and its relationship
to many common postural pathologies including Chronic low back pain (CLBP)Lower limb manipulation techniques to improve orthotic
prescription and patient outcomes will be learnt
